  Hot food takeout service was abysmal. Called ahead with an order, was told to pickup in 20 minutes. Got there, was prompted to pay immediately, then told to wait a few more minutes. This ended up being an additional 45 minutes for a total of over an hour wait. There were 2 customers ahead of us that were also waiting the same amount of time that were very angry and trying to get refunds. We kept getting told the food was coming right away repeatedly. It was not even worth the wait. We ordered 4 standard menu items (fish and chips, burger and fries, etc) and were expecting better than average from previous reviews, but it was mediocre at best.

  Very good but slightly greasy food. But of course fast food should be like that. Good reputation for clams, battered fish and fries.

  Awesome food! Had an issue with the quality of the softserve ice-cream a couple years back, but what a change! Darn near the best ice cream I've had this year!
